The Challenge
In 2012, Auvi-Q was the new talking epinephrine device for people suffering from severe allergic reactions. The main competitor epi-pen has been using scare tactics as their main message, to challenge that, we defined Auvi-Q personality as confident, quirky and helpful. The instructional video was a perfect example of that. But we didn't stop there.
The website was built in share-ready mode, meaning all contents on the site can be taken away in small chunks and shared via social media. The disease awareness poster encouraged young sufferer and their friends to get familiar with the allergens. Even the take-one brochure in the waiting room got a new cover. The goal is to take away the stigma of carrying an epinephrine device and make it part of everyone's daily life.
